Dr. Pinnamaneni is an MBBS from Lady Hardinge Medical College, India and a MPH from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Dr. Pinnamaneni has been developing case studies that study Anemia interventions targeting adolescent girls and young women in LMICs and developing curriculum for the training of health journalists in India. She is also working with Green Screen – a passive cooling panel designed to bring down indoor room temperatures in urban slums, decrease the incidence of heat strokes and improve quality of life. Dr. Pinnamaneni’s research interests lie within child health, infectious diseases and community behaviour change. Her desire to learn more about health communication and bring about a change in community behaviours in MCH brought her to the Lab.
